Environmental Policy

The Team at the Croydon Park Hotel is environmentally conscious.  To carry out this commitment, it is our policy to strive to ensure that all aspects of the business have the least harmful effect on the environment by implementing an environmental management system to:

  • Ensure that all employees are aware of their contribution in assisting the hotel in achieving improved environmental performance and provide specific environmental training to achieve this.

  • Encourage our Guests, Contractors & Suppliers to act in accordance with our environmental policy.

  • Monitor the implementation of the policy by carrying out periodic audits of compliance and, when appropriate, introduce remedial measures to ensure continuous improvement.

  • All waste is segregated and disposed of in the correct manner

In addition, areas of particular attention within the business will be the selection of non- polluting technology, waste minimization, reuse/ recycling, phasing out the CFC’s and ozone depleting substances and the reduction of energy consumption.

“Real family atmosphere”

The restaurant manager, I never know his name but I think it begins with M. He is a wonderful host, gives great customer service, runs the restaurant like clockwork, has eyes in the back of his head and is the true 'face' of the hotel. It is fair to say that all of the staff are lovely and there is a real family atmosphere in the hotel.

"Great Swimming Pool and Location"

"We really enjoyed the use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi it truly made our stay feel luxurious. The staff were great and it was in a great location for the rail station and Crystal Palace Football ground. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to our friends and visit you again.”

“Staff were fantastic”

Just wanted to write a quick note to say thank you so much to everyone at CPH for Saturday the 10th.  All the staff were fantastic and so helpful.
Can you please pass on to all from the kitchen to the reception how good they were and everyone has commented how great your hotel is.  Especially the gentlemen who were in charge of our event on the evening (I didn't catch their names but there were 2 of them and they were fab!!)

"all you could ask for"

An excellent hotel worth its 4star rating. Staff very polite & helpful (rare these days). Food in bar very good as were staff, & good value. Room clean & comfortable, all you could ask for.

"Personal touches beyond belief - Keep it up!!"

My Croydon Park Hotel experience last month was a class of its own. The ability of the hotel to create a personal experience and demonstrate  attention to your individual needs without stalking is amazing. The entire staff base feel like one connected (happy) family - simply amazing.  My return is for sure to see the finish lobby refurbishment and definitely recommend this hotel.

“the best for customer service”

I am totally blind and didn't have my guide dog so primarily had to rely on the help of hotel staff during my stay. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone at the hotel for making my stay so easy and trouble free.  Everybody was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I have stayed at many places over the years and your hotel has to be the best for customer service, my room was superb and everything was very clean. Thank you all very much for such a pleasurable stay.
